Extra virgin olive oil produced from the olive varieties Frantoio and Leccino, dedicated to the territory and in particular to the street from which the oil takes its name.
The process of treatment of the olives and extraction of the oil is controlled by the ICEA, the biggest Italian institution for organic certifications accredited in the whole world.
Characteristics
The oil is yellow with green reflexions and it is characterized by a slight fruity aroma with touches of fresh almond and artichoke. The taste is sweet and its sensations are balanced with a medium/ low fluidity.
Food Pairings
It is intended as an oil for the seasoning of cooked vegetables, legumes, green and mixed salads as well as vegetable soups.
